What a year in the Lowcountry! 2014 saw lots of wonderful changes and growth at Luxury Simplified Group and here are a few that we are most proud of as we reflect on the year:

• Luxury Simplified Construction merged with Archer Construction, doubling its staff and the number of projects in the pipeline. Now based out of our beautifully renovated satellite office at 31 Amherst St., we couldn’t be happier with the talent that joined our team and we look forward to all that is ahead in the new year!

• Luxury Simplified Real Estate added 7 new agents to its group all with diverse experience and expertise in the Charleston real estate market. Whether it’s a downtown South of Broad property that you are looking for, an investment property on the East Side of town, deep water property on Johns Island or the convenience of a West Ashley or James Island home, we’ve got you covered.

• Interested in a Charleston vacation? Our newest vacation rental, aptly named “The View “, has the most gorgeous view of front beach Folly Beach and is just steps away from shops, restaurants and the fishing pier.

• Be on the lookout for one of the leading historic renovations in Charleston upcoming in Spring 2015. Luxury Simplified recently purchased the Gadsden House on East Bay Street and, with its close proximity to Zero George and the newly renovated Gaillard Center, it’ll be THE place to host your next grand party.

• In the midst of all of the renovations, builds and buying and selling in Charleston, Luxury Simplified rolled out a brand new website dedicated to the city’s lifestyles and all that we do as a company. It’s always changing with new blogs, featured properties and updated progress of our projects, so be sure to check it out often!

• Luxury Simplified was also honored to host and/or be a part of Spoleto’s after parties, Charlie’s 50 Most Progressive of 2014, Lowcountry Local First, Preservation Society’s Fall Tour of Homes, Historic Charleston Foundation’s Spring Tour of Homes & Gardens, and the City of Charleston’s Annual Holiday Parade!

What’s to come in 2015? Well, swing by our office, the historic Major Peter Bocquet House at 95 Broad Street, or follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Pintrest to find out!

Wishing you a Safe and Happy New Year!
